ABOUT

Sam Harris is a British photographer who now lives and works in Western Australia. He is best known for his 2015 Lucie award winning book The Middle of Somewhere that received numerous international & national awards and nominations.

Sam has exhibited extensively over four continents, notably at the Bibliotheque Nationale, Spain and Benaki Museum, Athens. Prior to his diaristic approach Harris worked from London as a music portrait & features photographer shooting numerous recording artists such as; Victoria Beckham, John Lydon, Blur, Jamiroquai, UB40, Jarvis Cocker, Portishead to name just a few.

 

Sam mentors, runs workshops internationaly and lectures. He makes artist books & photobooks and shoots commercial assignments.
